At Loyaltyee, we respect intellectual property rights. Our service, including its structure, technology, designs, information, and database, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Protected designs belong to their respective Designers & Sellers.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of any part of the Loyaltyee service or designs, in any form, is strictly prohibited. This includes copying, distributing, modifying, or displaying the content without prior written consent.

Loyaltyee adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We have a designated agent to handle copyright infringement notices.

If you believe your copyrighted material appears on the Loyaltyee service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our designated agent:

A clear identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.

Specific identification of the infringing material.

Your contact information (including name, address, phone number, and email address).

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.   

A physical or electronic signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.   

Your contact information.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in the infringed material's location before removal.

A statement that you will indemnify Loyaltyee for any damages incurred if you knowingly misrepresent the material as non-infringing.

Loyaltyee reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
