Order Changes:

You can cancel or modify your order before the campaign deadline on our website.
Lost in Transit:

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us for a replacement or full refund.
Return & Refund Eligibility:

Products with defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Requests submitted within 14 business days of receiving the product.
Clear photos of the issue (including tags and errors) are provided.
Return Costs:

We will cover return shipping for reprints of defective or incorrect items.
Upgraded shipping costs for reprints are your responsibility.

Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) showing tags and errors.
Choose your preferred resolution:
Replacement of the same product
Exchange for a different product of equal value

Return Processing:

We will process your request within 72 hours and provide return instructions via email.
Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days of return approval.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

Personalized items (unless defective)
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by you
Dislike of product design or print quality (review descriptions before purchase)
Wrong size selected by you (use our size guide for a proper fit)
We may offer store credit or an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) in some cases.

Lost Orders:

We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect recipient addresses. Double-check your address before submitting your order.

Orders Marked as "Delivered" but Claimed Not Received:

Please contact your local postal service to inquire about the package.

Delivery Attempts Made by Courier but Failed:

We recommend contacting the courier company to reschedule delivery.

Exchange Policy:

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain manufacturing defects.
